What we offer you

At PequEmociones, education begins with knowing the child in front of us. Alongside everyday classroom life, we have professionals who observe, listen and help find the experiences that make the most sense for each child at that moment. These services also help us support families.

Psychoeducational team

Our psychoeducational team brings together a psychologist specialising in child development and early intervention, an educator focused on the early years, and advice from a speech and language therapist with international experience and training in psychoeducational support. These different perspectives meet around one question: what does this child need to learn, take part and enjoy being themselves?

We do not get to know children through a form or a one-off meeting alone. Our professionals are in the classrooms every day: playing, talking, working and spending time with the children. This lets us see what excites them, where their strengths lie, what they find difficult, how they relate to others and what changes when we adapt an activity or their environment. What we observe becomes experiences designed for each child, building on their strengths and supporting the areas where they need extra help.

We also follow children’s development continuously, using standardised assessments and tools we have developed ourselves. This helps us tailor their education and spot early signs that may call for an assessment by another professional. If we notice something, we discuss it with the family and help them find the appropriate support promptly. We do not make clinical diagnoses, nor do we aim to replace them: our role is educational and preventive, grounded in the child’s everyday life. We want to ensure that a need is not missed because nobody noticed it or an important conversation happened too late.

The team also helps design and put into practice SEL, our social, emotional and language development project. Getting to know a child means paying attention to how they feel, express themselves and find their place among others.

Extracurricular developmental workshops

Our workshops take place outside teaching hours and are designed and led by early years specialists. Through play and age-appropriate experiences, they offer further opportunities to explore, communicate, move and learn. We will share each workshop’s schedule and availability with families.

Early drop-off

Our extended morning service starts at 8:00 a.m. to help families manage their schedules. Families can book half an hour or the full hour, on a monthly basis or for individual days, subject to the current service conditions.

Meals

Our meal service is adapted to the nutritional needs of each age group. Menus are designed by nutrition professionals and meals are prepared by a catering provider.

Morning snack and afternoon snack

Families can sign up for a monthly morning snack service, an afternoon snack service or both. We offer nutritious, good-quality, seasonal food suited to the children’s ages and needs.
